Service terms for phone-booked exterior cleaning appointments.
These terms apply to window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and conservatory cleaning services delivered by Swasea Window Cleaning.
1. Booking and Appointments
Bookings are arranged directly over the phone. Appointment windows may be adjusted where weather, access, or operational safety requires changes.
2. Access Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to required work areas. Services may be postponed or adapted where safe access is not available.
3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is confirmed as part of booking or prior to commencement where needed. Payment arrangements are communicated clearly during booking or after service completion.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment so a new suitable slot can be provided.
5. Service Limitations
We reserve the right to delay, pause, or decline services in unsafe weather conditions, restricted access situations, or where specialist access requirements exceed normal domestic scope.
6. Liability
Reasonable care is taken during all services. Liability is limited to direct losses resulting from proven negligence and excludes indirect or consequential losses.
7. Complaints and Resolution
If concerns arise, please contact us promptly so we can review and resolve the matter professionally.
